This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide essential mental health services from the comfort of your own home. While this position is remote, our Community Health Clinic serves as a hub for collaboration and support among our multidisciplinary team, which includes psychologists, psychiatrists, and behavioral health specialists. Team members may need to meet periodically for team meetings and case consultations.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments utilizing standardized tools to gather comprehensive information on clients' mental health status and history.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aimed at addressing clients' individual needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions through virtual platforms, maintaining a high level of engagement and connection with clients during sessions.

• Document and maintain clear, accurate, and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team, participating actively in treatment discussions and case management protocols.

• Offer educational resources and support to clients and their families, ensuring they have access to essential information related to mental health conditions and community resources.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices by engaging in ongoing professional development and utilizing the latest research in your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist in this role will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals from various backgrounds, age groups, and socio-economic statuses. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• A current and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
