Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological, emotional, and social needs to create tailored treatment plans.

• Maintain accurate, confidential records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The majority of our work focuses on providing empathetic support and therapeutic intervention to patients in a hospice setting, alongside their families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
