AWS Alliance Manager | North America

Recruiterforce is hiring on behalf of an AWS Premier Consulting Partner experiencing aggressive growth across North America.

This is a revenue-generating, relationship-building role — not marketing, not logistics. You'll own AWS channel relationships across Startup, ISV, and SMB segments and convert them into qualified pipeline.

New York City or San Francisco preferred | Remote with regular travel considered

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building one-to-one relationships with AWS AEs, SAs, District Managers, and PSMs across NYC, SF, Chicago, Austin, and Seattle

• Establishing our client as the go-to PPA, FinOps, and cloud optimization partner for AWS sellers

• Converting AWS relationships into qualified referrals and new revenue bookings

• Coordinating co-selling events, office visits, and customer-facing events in key markets

• Representing the brand at AWS-sponsored events and summits

✅ What We're Looking For:

• Demonstrated track record of building productive AWS sales team relationships that resulted in sourced pipeline and closed revenue

• Deep understanding of how AWS sales teams are structured, measured, and motivated

• Existing relationships with AWS SMB, Startup, and/or ISV teams in NYC or San Francisco

• Strong familiarity with the AWS partner ecosystem including APN/ACE

• Experience with cloud cost optimization, FinOps, or managed cloud services is a big plus

Competitive base salary + performance-based incentive tied to pipeline sourced and revenue closed from the AWS channel.
