Join the J830 Quality North team at Lockheed Martin, where we play a crucial role in supporting the Final Production team. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will ensure that our products meet government compliance standards and are free from Foreign Object Damage (FOD) and defects. This position is vital to our mission, as you will be one of the last lines of defense before our products are delivered to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspection Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive inspection plans, procedures, and tools to effectively identify product defects.
• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data and metrics to drive actionable insights and foster continuous improvement in our quality processes.
• Root Cause Collaboration: Work closely with Quality Engineering to investigate the root causes of defects and develop robust corrective actions.
• Compliance Audits: Conduct surveillance audits to ensure compliance with the F-35 Quality Management Plan and other applicable standards.
• Defect Containment Coordination: Develop and coordinate effective defect containment actions to mitigate potential issues.
• Metrics Maintenance:
• Product defects
• Variations in manufacturing processes
• Adherence to Lockheed Martin Aero and F-35 Quality Management Plans
• Compliance with engineering requirements and work instructions
• Overall health of the Quality Management System (Q&MS)

Who You Are: As a Quality Control Analyst, you possess a strong attention to detail with the ability to notice small discrepancies or defects is crucial, as even minor oversights can lead to significant issues in production and compliance. Someone who is a self-starter and is comfortable communicating with multiple levels of leadership when improvements are identified would excel in this role.

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience
