Job Summary and Responsibilities As a part of Virginia Mason Franciscan Health, Franciscan Orthopedics - Silverdale is seeking a full-time Orthopedic Surgeon - Generalist / Total Joint Surgeon to join our team. This Orthopedic Surgeon will be joining a well-respected team of 6 Orthopedic Surgeons and 7 Advanced Practice Providers. They should expect to be busy immediately as they will be joining the practice of a busy, reputable, retiring surgeon. Our new surgeon should anticipate the opportunity to build an elective general orthopedics and total joints practice, and should be comfortable with community trauma. Position Highlights: 4 or 5 day work week Group consists of 6 Orthopedic Surgeons 2 Sports/Shoulder, 1 Total Joint, 1 Foot & Ankle, 1 Spine, and 1 Generalist Close/collegial working relationship with second group encompassing 1 Shoulder, 2 Hand, and 1 Knee specialist Dedicated Orthopedic Center / ORs within brand new regional Level 3 community hospital -Total Joints Center of Excellence Avg 4-5 calls per month with stipend for call Large geographic catchment / referral base Support from nearby major metropolitan area and Level I trauma center Excellent APPs to assist with pre-ops, hospital rounding, post-ops, and more Dedicated MA and an experienced team of RNs for support EPIC EMR Compensation Range: $578,065 - $927,947 /year. Starting Salary Guarantee followed by wRVU model.
