You will manage website performance, product content, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives to drive online growth. Accountabilities:

The E-Commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, improving online customer experiences, and supporting revenue growth through effective digital strategies.

• Manage website operations and maintain a smooth, user-friendly online shopping experience.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns while providing guidance on product selections and purchasing decisions.
• Optimize product listings by improving descriptions, images, specifications, and other content elements.
• Manage product and inventory information to ensure accurate availability and customer experience.
• Build relationships with content creators, influencers, and potential business partners to support brand growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams on website concepts, layouts, campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends and support pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and logistics partners to maintain product availability.
• Support the development and execution of PPC advertising campaigns and social media engagement initiatives.
• Use analytics and reporting tools to track performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Handle additional operational tasks as needed to support business goals.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in e-commerce operations, strong digital skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.

• At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, website management, or a related field.
• Experience managing product content, online catalogs, and inventory processes.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and non-technical SEO best practices.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Excellent copywriting and editing abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Experience using Google Analytics for reporting, tracking, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
• Basic understanding of CSS media queries is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
• Reliable home office setup, including:

• Main and backup computers with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM.
• Primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps wired speed.
• Backup internet connection of at least 10 Mbps.
