Experienced CPA Wanted – Full-Time Position Miami Beach, Florida A well-established CPA firm with two senior partners who are gradually transitioning toward retirement is seeking an experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our practice on a full-time basis. This is an exceptional opportunity for a CPA interested in a long‑term career path with an established firm and who may ultimately be interested in a leadership, ownership, or succession role. We are particularly interested in candidates who have an existing book of business and are looking for a platform to continue growing their practice. Responsibilities Preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, trust, and estate tax returns (domestic and international) Tax planning and consulting for clients Client relationship management and advisory services Assisting with the continued growth and development of the firm Requirements Active CPA license Minimum of 5 years of public accounting and tax preparation experience Strong technical tax knowledge Excellent communication and client service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team In‑office presence required four days per week in Miami Beach The Opportunity Our firm has built a strong reputation and loyal client base over many years.
