Required Skills & Experience

Fluent in both English and Spanish, including verbal and written communication.\nHigh school diploma or GED required.\n2+ years of experience in customer service, community outreach, public relations, stakeholder engagement, field support, or a related customer-facing role.\nStrong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with diverse populations and community stakeholders.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).\nValid driver's license with reliable transportation.\nAbility to travel throughout Miami-Dade County and work in both office and field environments.\nAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience supporting utility, telecommunications, construction, transportation, municipal, public works, or infrastructure projects.\nExperience conducting door-to-door outreach, stakeholder engagement, or community relations activities.\nFamiliarity with CRM platforms, customer tracking systems, or case management software.\nKnowledge of easements, right-of-way processes, permitting, or utility construction projects.\nExperience working within multicultural and multilingual communities.\nPrevious experience representing an organization in public-facing meetings or community events.

Job Description
