Work Environment\n

This position is remote, reflecting our commitment to flexibility and work-life balance, while maintaining the collaborative and supportive culture of our outpatient office. You will primarily engage with clients through virtual platforms, attending team meetings, and contributing to case discussions from the comfort of your home. The role entails a dedicated work schedule, operating Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with the potential for on-call responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing major mental illnesses and emotional disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions, maintaining a manageable caseload while ensuring high-quality service delivery.

• Assist in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and strategies to navigate acute mental health challenges.

• Complete necessary documentation and reporting promptly to maintain compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives by participating in committees aimed at enhancing service delivery and client care.
