Role Overview
Contribute your advanced expertise in computer science to enhance AI training initiatives. As a Computer Science Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping how next-generation AI systems learn and perform by providing high-quality, real-world input.
Key Responsibilities- Produce authoritative and well-explained responses to advanced computer science queries aimed at improving AI models, focusing on clarity and depth.
- Review and evaluate computer science data, questions, and solutions to ensure accuracy and alignment with current best practices.
- Develop comprehensive explanations and justifications across a wide range of computer science concepts, from foundational to specialized areas.
- Collaborate with annotation leads and project managers to refine requirements and maintain high standards for response quality.
- Create exemplary "golden responses" that establish benchmarks for future model outputs, ensuring consistency in training data.
- Document the context and rationale behind answers to aid model interpretability and future annotation efforts.
- Participate in remote discussions or workshops to clarify objectives and maintain alignment within the contributor community.
- PhD in Computer Science or a closely related field, with strong expertise in both foundational and advanced topics.
- Proven ability to communicate complex computer science concepts clearly in both written and verbal forms.
- Experience in developing, reviewing, or publishing scientific, technical, or educational materials related to computer science.
- Familiarity with various sub-disciplines within computer science, including algorithms, systems, AI and machine learning, databases, and security.
- Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to analytical accuracy and methodological rigor.
- Experience with AI, data annotation, or digital content development projects is a plus but not required.
- Strong collaboration skills, especially in remote or cross-functional environments.
Contractor position, fully remote.
CompensationHourly rate of $80 - $90.
