Arbor Terrace Naperville is an award‑winning community in Naperville, IL offering assisted living and dementia care. We are hiring a seasoned financial leader to serve as Business Office Director. Responsibilities Billing, A/R, payables, and payroll. Manage HR processes including hiring, onboarding, and training compliance. Oversee regulatory compliance and reporting. Provide financial reporting and analysis, including monthly P&L and departmental spend‑downs. Lead and mentor the business office team, fostering professionalism and care. Collaborate with community leadership to align business strategies with resident care. Qualifications Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or related field. 3–5 years of financial management experience, preferably in senior living. Familiarity with monthly P&L and departmental spend‑downs. Strong organizational and follow‑through skills. Engaging verbal and written communication style. Good mentoring and coaching skills, able to inspire and develop others. Proficient computer skills with Windows applications and accounting systems.
