Finance & Strategy Manager

Acting as a "Finance Engineer," the full-time remote Finance & Strategy Manager will build automated financial systems, support strategic decision-making across various business verticals, and leverage AI for predictive planning and reporting. Key responsibilities Translate complex operational drivers into automated reporting metrics for business leaders Architect long-range forecasting models using AI to simulate various business scenarios Build and maintain code-based systems to automate financial reporting and performance metrics Required qualifications A degree in Business, Strategy, Finance, Math, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline 5-7+ years of experience in a similar finance role Strong fluency in SQL and experience with large-scale transactional datasets Proven experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to enhance productivity Track record in FP&A or Strategic Finance, particularly supporting Sales and Media teams
