Corporate Controller Salary: $160,000-$180,000 Why This Opportunity Stands Out Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization that is adding a Corporate Controller to lead and scale the accounting function This role reports directly to the CFO, with the opportunity to be their successor The organization is experiencing sustained growth and investing in infrastructure, systems, and talent to support the next phase Opportunity to modernize processes, strengthen internal controls, and help shape long‑term financial strategy Hybrid: Work from home 2 days a week Collaborative, down to earth culture with a team that values work life balance Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Controller: Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including month‑end, quarter‑end, and year‑end close Manage general ledger activity, journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals Oversee cash management, AR/AP, inventory, and fixed assets Develop and enhance internal controls, policies, and procedures Support audits, tax filings, and special projects as needed Qualifications for the Corporate Controller: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership responsibility Manufacturing or distribution experience strongly preferred CPA highly desirable #J-18808-Ljbffr
