CORPORATE ACCOUNT & GIFTING SPECIALIST

The Corporate Sales plays a key role in supporting and growing the Corporate Gifting business. This position combines account mngt, business development and sales operations. The role is responsible for managing existing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. The role ensures seamless order processing, invoicing, and coordination with internal teams to deliver an exceptional client experience. To know more: Manage and grow relationships with existing corporate clients to drive repeat business and client retention. Identify upselling opportunities and proactively support clients with their gifting needs. Prospect and develop new corporate accounts through research, outreach, networking, and lead generation activities. Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the corporate client portfolio. Maintain accurate client and opportunity records in Salesforce CRM. Prepare quotes, invoices, and multi-address orders using ERP Gourmet. Serve as a liaison between clients, the Corporate Sales Team, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless order execution. Manage recurring client accounts, including order processing, invoicing, shipment follow-up, and payment collection support. Develop strong knowledge of the Corporate Gifting product assortment and provide tailored recommendations to clients. Minimum Qualifications: Education/Training: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required Experience: at least 5-7 years of sales experience required (preferably B2B sales) Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Sales skills, negotiation skills, analytical and reporting skills Good professional written and verbal communication skills Data Analysis and strong Computer Skills, including excel, CRM and Business Intelligence/ Data Analysis Programs. Experience with ERP system and Salesforce CRM is a plus. Ability to work in a team and able to attend networking events. Ability to be trained on a new ERP system Ability to quickly gain comfort with the product catalog Rigorous, Ability to precisely follow a process. Willing to grow with the role after learning and mastering initial mission. Must be available to work occasional weekends and evenings when participating in company trade or customer-related events Must be able to travel to various off-site locations

WHAT DO WE OFFER

The base salary range for this position can be up to $66,300 to $75,000/year + annual and monthly bonus opportunities. We will consider various factors to determine the final offer for this role, including but not limited to relevant work experience, key skills, education and training.
