We're partnering with an outstanding manufacturing company In Harrison Township, MI looking for a Production Floater—a versatile team member who will learn multiple departments and become an essential part of the operation. The more you learn, the more valuable you become!

Starting pay of $16.00/hour (raise to $17.00 once hired permanently)

What You'll Do

No two days are exactly alike! You'll become a cross-trained team member who helps wherever the team needs you most.

Responsibilities may include:

• Operating grinding equipment
• Assisting with press operations
• Sorting and inspecting parts
• Plug gauging products for quality
• Building boxes and preparing shipments
• Supporting multiple departments as production needs change
• Learning new skills and equipment throughout the facility
• Occasional driving as needed (company sprinter van)

We're Looking For Someone Who Is

Reliable with excellent attendance
Excited to learn new jobs and take on different challenges
Self-motivated and energetic
Flexible and willing to move between departments
Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office and Excel
Has a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Has reliable transportation
