Job Title Customer Service Assistant 2 (CSA2) Department Business Resources Department, Administration Division Hourly Rate $23.65 per hour Responsibilities Respond to inquiries, requests for information, and complaints Coordinate requests for and retrieval of documents and information Input and process public filings for DIS (Docketing Information System) Review submitted paperwork for correctness and perform quality control review Prepare confidential documents for uploading into confidential document repository Prepare and e‑file public comments received Assist with front counter duties and act as receptionist for the division as needed Perform other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to learn various agency‑specific systems Location 180 E. Broad St., Columbus, Ohio 43215, Franklin County Schedule Monday‑Friday, 8:30 am‑5:30 pm Union OCSEA #J-18808-Ljbffr Public Utilities Commission of Ohio
