Successful candidate must have experience in and be able to perform the following functions: 5-10+ years of sales experience
4 year college degree preferred (BS in Engineering or BS in Business, Marketing, Finance or related)
Experience using software to maintain sales data
Experience in manufacturing desired
Ability to sell engineered custom products.
Identify prospective customers and converting leads
Maintain good relationships with current customers, discussing ongoing needs and meeting expectations
Negotiate prices and term and other elements of sales agreements
Ability to create quotes and sales proposals.
Ability to visit customers to maintain good relationships and build new relationships
