As a Bilingual Receptionist you will: Answer, forward, and direct incoming telephone calls in a professional manner Welcome and assist walk-in customers Process requests for price quotes, purchase orders, lead times, order status updates, and order changes Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while providing exceptional customer service Support Regional Sales Managers by preparing reports and distributing delivery schedules Utilize SAP ERP to retrieve customer information, process customer data, check inventory status, update sales orders, and create invoices Verify customer and product information for accuracy when processing orders and account updates Process customer orders while ensuring correct material codes and customer information are entered Verify tax-exempt status and maintain required customer documentation Process invoices for daily shipments and customer pickups Update shipping logs and freight costs accurately and on a timely basis Respond to customer emails and ensure all requested documentation is provided promptly Assist with accounts receivable activities and credit hold issues Source new customers and assist with government request-for-quote and bid submission processes Perform other related duties as assigned This is a full-time, Temp to Hire position. Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM 2:00 PM during TRAINING. After Training period, 7:00am-4:00pm Bilingual Receptionist candidates must meet the following requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Previous customer service, administrative, receptionist, order processing, or sales support experience preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and follow-through Time management and prioritization skills Bilingual English/Spanish REQUIRED SAP experience is a plus Ability to maintain professionalism while handling multiple customer requests Pay for this position is $25/hr. + DOE Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
