Regional Account Executive

The Regional Account Executive drives sales growth and revenue within an assigned territory by executing strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and promoting Nayax solutions. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams, leverages deep product expertise, and monitors regional performance to achieve business goals and expand market presence across industries such as unattended retail, car wash, amusement/gaming, and vending. The position also develops OEM and payment company partnerships while utilizing strong payments industry knowledge to identify and drive new business opportunities.

This position requires approximately 50% travel within the United States.



Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, set regional targets, and analyze market trends to find growth opportunities.
• Sales Execution: Oversee the distribution and sales of Nayax products/services, ensuring alignment with corporate revenue goals while driving sales growth and brand awareness within a defined geographical area.
• Product Expertise: Develop and possess deep knowledge of the product or service offerings to effectively present and demonstrate their value to potential and existing clients. 
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, decision-makers, and internal teams (marketing, ops). Travel frequently within the assigned region to meet with clients, support local teams, and attend relevant functions.
• Performance Management: Prepare forecasts, establish performance metrics (KPIs), and report on regional sales performance to senior leadership.

REQUIREMENTS

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Proven track record in sales leadership and management within the Fintech space.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, negotiation and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales analytics, and forecasting.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Experience in the Midwest / West coast territory
