Work Environment\n

This position will be served in a remote work setting, providing you with the flexibility to fulfill your duties from various locations while contributing to a digital environment. You will utilize advanced telehealth platforms to interact with patients and their families, ensuring continuity of care and effective support through virtual means. Daily communications with the care team, including nurses, physicians, and other mental health professionals, will take place to ensure a unified approach towards treatment planning.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and psychosocial assessments for clients entering detox treatment to identify their mental health needs and tailor appropriate intervention strategies.

• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), ensuring that each plan is aligned with the unique circumstances of patients and their families.

• Monitor and document the progress of clients, assessing outcomes and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

• Provide direct support and resources not only to clients but also to their families, empowering them to understand the detox process and engage effectively with therapeutic resources.

• Uphold all Federal and State regulations and policies in providing care, maintaining the highest standards of ethical practice and confidentiality.

• Engage with clients and their support systems, fostering a trusting relationship that facilitates open conversation about their challenges and encourages healthy coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• Unrestricted LCSW licensure in the state of Florida is mandatory for this position.
