Our Opportunity We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Calendar – Popeyes (North America) to join our Marketing Team in Miami, FL. The role is responsible for developing and implementing a rolling three‑year marketing calendar, defining product launches, sequencing and layering promotions, and collaborating with category, analytics, and insights teams to build strategy. The incumbent will own key objectives to optimize sales, including leading our check‑driving test–&–learn agenda and coupon strategy, and will work five days a week on site. Roles and Responsibilities Develop and implement a rolling three‑year marketing calendar for Popeyes in North America. Own the marketing calendar, partnering with category, media, and other cross‑functional teams to integrate competitive landscape changes and new guest insights. Complete regular analysis of industry, competitive, and consumer trends and activities. Align cross‑functional teams with the calendar strategy across Operations, Marketing Analytics, Media, PR, Communication, and Digital. Create executive presentations for strategic projects in a logical and well‑structured manner. Skills & Qualifications University degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. At least 5years of experience in CPG, Retail, or a related field, with passion for the QSR industry. Track record of exceptional project management, analytical, and creative problem‑solving capabilities. Strong business acumen, curiosity, and advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills; able to interact cross‑functionally and lead toward a common goal. Highly organized, motivated, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Solution‑oriented with the ability to dissect information, anticipate issues, and find solutions. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including formal presentation experience. Ability to interface with and maintain professional relationships with franchise partners, food vendors/manufacturers, and internal teams.
