Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - School Based - Elementary Special Education
Elementary School | Hillsboro, Oregon | Maternity Leave
37.5 Hours/Week | Local or Travel Contract | W2 Full Time Benefits
Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support an elementary school in Washington County, Oregon for a maternity leave coverage to start the 2026-2027 School Year. This opportunity is ideal for a school-based SLP who values interdisciplinary collaboration, structured support, and the ability to directly impact students' communication development within an educational setting.

- Start Date: 8/24/2026
- End Date: 12/07/2026* Subject to change
- Work Arrangement: In Person
- Compensation details will be reviewed with you before district submission

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) School Based Key Responsibilities
- Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
- Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
- Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
- Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
- Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
- Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
- Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Comparable
- Active Oregon SLP License Issued by Board of Examiners
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- School Based experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist is Required
- Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
