Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual counseling sessions through secure video chat platforms, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients to explore their mental health challenges.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate impactful treatment sessions.

• Develop customized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs, ensuring that each plan is tailored to their unique experiences and goals.

• Assist clients in gaining insight into their emotions, thought patterns, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily engage with stable, low-acuity adult clients who present a wide range of mental health needs, including anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping these individuals develop the skills required to make meaningful changes in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Eligibility for independent practice through one of the following licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisional licenses or history of disciplinary actions.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate disposition.

• Proficient computer skills, including experience with electronic health record platforms and telehealth systems.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience is required, ideally within an outpatient or community mental health setting. Having familiarity with telehealth practices and the ability to work with diverse populations will be viewed favorably.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary in the range of USD 90,000 to 104,000, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a substantial sign-on bonus, full-time therapists receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being. Payments are disbursed weekly, ensuring financial stability.
