Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges.

• Lead a team of mental health professionals, ensuring consistent delivery of quality services and fostering a collaborative environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse populations seeking mental health support, including individuals dealing with trauma, addiction issues, homelessness, and co-occurring disorders. Your understanding and sensitivity to these complex situations will significantly impact clients’ journeys toward recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Current and valid license to practice as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, with knowledge of applicable state regulations and supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two (2) years of direct experience in crisis management and providing mental health therapy, demonstrating a solid clinical foundation.
