Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver high-quality social work services remotely to clients and their families, focusing on the emotional and psychological challenges they face.

• Conduct thorough assessments to determine the psychosocial needs of each patient, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interview techniques.

• Utilize crisis management techniques and evidence-based therapies, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), to support clients in distress and help them navigate their mental health journeys.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of this role is primarily on children, families, and individuals with developmental disabilities. You will work closely with clients who may be facing a multitude of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping these clients achieve their personal and emotional goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.

• Active licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working with children and families, particularly within telehealth or remote counseling settings.
