We're hiring a Commercial Finance & Operations Lead to build the operating backbone for two critical parts of our marketplace: Provider Recruitment & Experience and our PCP / EAP motion. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll partner closely with GTM leadership and Finance to translate strategy into executable plans, stand up the systems and workflows that run these businesses, and create the reporting and forecasting infrastructure leadership relies on to make decisions.

This is a hands-on, zero-to-one builder role. One week you might be designing a coverage model, the next you're rebuilding a forecasting workflow or helping leadership figure out where to invest capacity. In close partnership with the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll also be the driving force behind the data and AI foundation underneath Revenue Operations, architecting the core data layer that ties together Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance information, and helping shape how the function adopts AI going forward.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the execution of planning, forecasting, and pipeline management for Provider Recruitment & Experience and PCP / EAP, so leadership always has a reliable read on performance against targets.

• Be the primary architect of the core data layer for Revenue Operations, connecting Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance information into a single reliable source of truth.

• Help define the direction for how AI shows up in Revenue Operations, pinpointing where automation and AI tools can meaningfully improve GTM efficiency, forecasting, and decision-making.

• Build and maintain the data models, pipelines, and analytics products that turn raw data into insight for everyone, from individual contributors to executives.

• Design segmentation, coverage, and territory models, along with account allocation and capacity planning frameworks, for both lines of business.

• Work closely with the Systems and Strategy & Operations teams so that data architecture, tooling, and process stay tightly aligned across RevOps.

• Research, test, and roll out AI tools and vendors, keeping a pulse on the fast-moving AI landscape and turning new capabilities into practical use cases.

• Put data governance, quality standards, and documentation practices in place that can scale as the organization grows.

• Build dashboards and analyses that are ready for executive use and inform revenue strategy and company-wide reporting.

• Act as a cross-functional quarterback across Operations, Commercial, Finance, and Product to keep the Revenue Strategy roadmap on track.

• Build the playbooks, processes, and operating cadences needed to scale both businesses as they grow.

• Champion a culture of building fast and iterating faster, favoring quick prototypes and rapid deployment over long, perfect build cycles.

• Act as a thought partner to Revenue leadership on how AI and modern data infrastructure can shape the future of go-to-market operations.

What Success Looks Like

• Reduction in time-to-insight for revenue questions, measured by cycle time from request to delivered analysis.

• Adoption of unified data models and dashboards across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

• Number of AI-driven use cases successfully piloted and deployed into production each quarter.

• Improved forecast accuracy and reporting consistency across the revenue funnel.

• Percentage of core revenue reporting migrated off manual/spreadsheet-based processes onto the unified data layer.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have

• 7+ years in GTM Strategy & Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, FP&A / Strategic Finance, Business Operations, or a closely related function.

• A track record of building commercial infrastructure from the ground up at an early-stage or rapidly scaling company.

• Real hands-on technical ability: you're comfortable writing SQL and code yourself, designing data models, and building pipelines, not just directing others who do.

• Fluency with the modern AI landscape and a track record of turning emerging tools into practical, production use cases.

• Comfort moving between strategy, analysis, process design, and hands-on systems implementation. You're just as happy building a model as you are working through the details of a workflow.

• Experience leading forecasting, territory planning, pipeline management, and executive business reviews.

• Strong command of CRM platforms, BI tools, spreadsheets, and modern GTM systems.

• Excellent judgment and cross-functional instincts, with an ability to turn messy information into clear decisions and scalable processes.

Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is:

Hybrid Commitment: $144,000- $180,500 USD Annually

This role will be hybrid (onsite from our NYC location three days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday ) . The hybrid arrangement will include travel 2–3 times per year (e.g., company and department offsites).
