Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to formulate individualized therapy plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.

• Deliver various evidence-based therapeutic interventions to different demographic groups, including individual therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy sessions.

• Utilize a range of therapeutic methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams within our organization to provide holistic care, including coordination with psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all records.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and seminars to stay informed about advancements in mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
