Revenue Operations Analyst

Seeking an analytically rigorous professional, the full-time Revenue Operations Analyst will manage the reporting infrastructure, build and maintain dashboards, and provide data analyses that support executive decision-making in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Build and maintain forecast accuracy tracking models and dashboards to produce regular accuracy reports with root-cause analysis Support KPI reporting deliverables for the CS Operations function, ensuring data accuracy and on-time delivery Collaborate with RevOps systems and data teams to identify data quality issues and maintain clear documentation of report definitions and metric logic Required qualifications 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Analytics within a B2B SaaS environment Hands-on experience building Salesforce reports and dashboards, including familiarity with Salesforce data architecture Proficiency in at least one BI tool (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for creating revenue and pipeline dashboards Demonstrated ability to produce accurate analytical deliverables under time pressure Exposure to core B2B SaaS revenue metrics such as ARR, NRR, and forecast accuracy
