Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapist license required (must present a copy)
• Previous experience with pediatric or school-based OT services preferred

• Commitment to maintaining detailed documentation and participating in multidisciplinary meetings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in their Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Conduct assessments, evaluate progress, and recommend interventions tailored to student goals
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate therapy strategies into students’ academic environments
• Support transitions and adjustments for students returning from or preparing for absences
• Contribute to IEP planning and student progress reports during the assignment duration
• Maintain compliance with school and state documentation requirements
