Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

The position is full-time, running from early November 2026 through mid-February 2027, with up to 40 hours per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license (must present a valid copy)
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric OT setting strongly preferred
• Proficiency in evaluating and treating students with a range of physical, developmental, or sensory processing needs
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, parents, teachers, and other school staff
• Ability to maintain thorough documentation and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Dedication to supporting students’ educational and functional goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals and school protocols
• Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans addressing students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills
• Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to support student participation and success in the classroom
• Maintain accurate records and prepare required documentation and progress reports
• Communicate regularly with families and caregivers to share progress and strategies for success
