Senior Accountant

Position Duties: Review all invoices for accuracy and identify discrepancies prior to payment; Process material and expense payments in accurate and timely manner; Prepare daily cash report reflects balances for all company bank accounts; Prepare comparable monthly expense report and analysis for each location; Perform monthly bank accounts and credit card accounts' reconciliations; Prepare inter-company account reconciliation; Assist in the processing of monthly and year-end closing; Record and keep track of fixed assets; Support CPA for tax return & other tax issues; Coaching new accounting clerks; Assist other locations and other departments in invoice coding; Update and document accounting procedures; Create and maintain file folders for all vendors; pack and label prior year vendor files for storage at year end to make room for current year vendor files; Provide IRS W-9 forms to all vendors as well as IRS 1099 forms to relative vendors; Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Financial Engineering, or related; 2 years of experience as Accounting or Financial related positions; Proficient in QuickBooks Enterprise, Advanced Excel, Tableau, Power BI, VBA, Microsoft Access, and ERP Systems: SAP; Ability to conduct Accounts Payable and Receivable and bank reconciliation.
