Sales Development Representative - Miami, FL

About the Role

As an SDR at Lumu, you'll be on the front lines of our growthidentifying prospects and creating opportunities via outbound activity. You'll support a remote sales team to develop account strategies, target ideal customers, and turn interest into impact. (Entry level position).

What You'll Do

Drive outbound prospecting via cold calls, email, and social media.

Qualify inbound leads to determine fit and readiness.

Set qualified meetings for the sales team and support opportunity creation.

Maintain accurate records of lead interactions in the CRM.

Partner with Marketing on targeted inbound campaigns.

Stay sharp on industry trends and threats to guide smarter outreach.

Consistently hitand aim to exceedmonthly KPIs for meetings attended.

Represent Lumu at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to build relationships and generate leads.

What You Bring

A natural curiosity and drive to learn.

Confidence in reaching out and speaking with IT and cybersecurity leaders.

Discipline to manage time, stay organized, and meet goals.

A collaborative, growth-oriented mindset.

12 years in a sales or lead generation role (B2B SaaS or tech preferred).

Comfortable cold calling, emailing, and using sales tools like Outreach, Gong, Salesforce.

Bonus Points For

Cybersecurity or technical sales experience.

Familiarity with tools like Zoho, Outplay, or other CRM platforms.

Experience selling into public sector or SLED markets.
