Pay Range: $23-$30 an hour (all-inclusive) At Chestnut Woods Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center, we believe that consistent, well-coordinated staffing is essential to delivering safe, high-quality resident care. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence , the Scheduler plays a key role in ensuring adequate staffing coverage, supporting nursing operations, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and procedures. Responsibilities for Scheduler: Build and maintain strong working relationships with staff to support effective scheduling and staffing coverage. Utilize strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate scheduling and staffing records. Complete monthly nursing schedules, coordinating time-off requests and shift coverage to ensure appropriate staffing levels across units. Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures related to staffing, scheduling, and labor requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records and make timely adjustments as staffing needs change. Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with staff and leadership. Support overall staffing efficiency and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts or coverage gaps. Qualifications for Scheduler: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Strong data entry skills with accuracy and efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. Ability to provide excellent customer service to staff and maintain a professional, supportive demeanor.
