Responsibilities
- Compute & Record numerical data
- Check the accuracy of business transactions
- Perform data entry & administrative duties
- Process billing applications
- Manage 3rd party invoicing and payment sites
- Handle accounts receivable calls
- Record payments and deposits with accuracy
- Qualifications
- Experience in accounts receivable, finance, or other related fields
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Efficient in Quickbooks Desktop
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Strong organizational skills
- Deadline and detail oriented
- Basic knowledge on tax related exemption forms
