Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments of clients’ mental health needs through interviews, standardized assessments, and personal history to inform effective treatment planning.

• Provide tailored individual therapy sessions that support clients in overcoming their challenges and promoting their emotional well-being.

• Collaboratively set and continually evaluate therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Utilize teletherapy options to deliver services and ensure accessibility for clients who face mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation and records, adhering to ethical standards to ensure client confidentiality and compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, supervision, and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge of emerging therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications\n
