Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans for clients, ensuring tailored therapy techniques are implemented effectively.

• Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and behavioral health specialists, to coordinate comprehensive care and communicate client progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic medical records (EMR) software efficiently.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions to enhance your skills and stay abreast of the latest mental health research.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The total compensation for this role ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses available. We also offer consistent income with annual raises, comprehensive medical and dental insurance, disability coverage, life insurance, and liability insurance. You will receive compensation for orientation, participate in regular professional development, and enjoy paid time off (PTO). With a supportive structure and a full clinical caseload often achievable within the first 90 days, we are committed to your success.
