Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for new clients, meticulously analyzing their mental health history, needs, and goals to formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and others, to meet the specific needs of each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation that adheres to ethical and legal standards, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Engage in regular case consultations and multidisciplinary meetings with psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to collaboratively optimize client care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
