Regional Sales Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will drive territory performance across a defined region, with responsibility for building demand, advancing customer relationships, and exceeding revenue goals. The position focuses on outside sales to medical professionals in a technical and clinical environment. You will partner closely with internal stakeholders to align sales activity, marketing execution, and customer support with regional business needs. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually Responsibilities Achieve or exceed annual revenue targets for the assigned territory Conduct personalized sales presentations for the MD and OD market Analyze territory records to optimize sales strategies and measure performance outcomes Educate ophthalmologists and optometrists on product utilization to ensure customer satisfaction Provide clear communication to management regarding sales plans and activities Collaborate with internal teams on synergistic business opportunities Craft and implement tailored marketing strategies to meet regional demands Adhere to GMP and ISO 9001 procedures while ensuring compliance with employment laws Qualifications Four-year college degree or equivalent 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device or healthcare sector Strong technical and clinical product knowledge for communication with medical professionals Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively High proficiency in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheets Exceptional interpersonal skills for negotiation and diplomacy with clients and stakeholders Valid motor vehicle license and capability to operate a vehicle safely Benefits Comprehensive medical coverage Vision and dental plans 401(k) matching for retirement savings Employee assistance programs for personal support Paid vacation and sick leave Additional benefits not explicitly listed Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
