AI Transformation Lead

AI Transformation LeadLead enterprise-wide AI strategy, transformation, and adoption initiatives to drive measurable business outcomes. Partner with business, technology, data, operations, and executive stakeholders to identify opportunities, build AI roadmaps, govern implementation, and scale AI capabilities across the organization.Required Qualifications:10–15+ years of experience in digital transformation, data/AI, technology leadership, or consulting.5+ years leading enterprise AI or analytics programs.Industry experience - financial services.Experience delivering AI at scale—not only experimentation.Strong executive stakeholder management and influencing skills.Experience with cloud and AI platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Anthropic.Knowledge of GenAI, LLMs, MLOps, data governance, and AI security.Strong business case development and financial management.Key Responsibilities:Define and execute enterprise AI transformation strategy aligned with business goals.Build multi-year AI roadmap across GenAI, analytics, automation, and intelligent operations.Identify high-value use cases and prioritize based on ROI, feasibility, and business impact.Establish AI operating model, governance, risk, security, and responsible AI practices.Lead AI product portfolio from ideation ?
