In this remote role, you will have the flexibility to deliver services to clients from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Although you primarily work independently, you will regularly collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive care tailored to their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting, therapeutic relationship with clients to facilitate open communication and progress.

• Conduct thorough assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop tailored treatment plans that consider each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions that address a wide range of issues, such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and transformational changes.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate clients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effectiveness.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to support clients in achieving their personal goals and instilling positive behavioral changes.

• Proactively refer clients to additional specialists, when needed, to bolster the effectiveness of their treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be to support individuals, couples, and families who are experiencing various mental health disorders, including but not limited to, relationship conflicts, anxiety, and trauma. You will also work with clients who might be dealing with substance abuse or co-occurring disorders, requiring a nuanced understanding of these complex issues. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
