Splash Management Group is seeking a friendly, outgoing person to join our elite Customer Service Team. Candidate must have a positive attitude, and enjoy customer interaction. No experience is necessary as we will train the right person.

The Customer Service Advisor will guide and welcome customers coming into the wash and give them a proper recommendation on a wash package to best clean their car.

We welcome schedule flexibility; the option to work days, evenings, and weekends are available.

We offer:

· Hourly Rate: $22.00 per hour

· Earn additional commission that is paid weekly with the purchase of one of our memberships and detail services

· Professional Development Assistance – Participate in our classroom trainings to assist with position growth
