Senior Resource Analyst

Under the general supervision of the Senior Director, the Senior Resource Analyst develops analytical tools and reporting solutions, performs complex budget and financial analysis, supports resource planning initiatives, provides technical consultation and training, and advances process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision making throughout Academic Affairs. Manages complex projects that involve the intersectionality of the schedule of classes, space utilization, human resources, and financials for Academic Affairs. Builds new systems, reports, and data visualizations at the request of the provost and other units. Demonstrates advanced expertise in identifying, analyzing, and leveraging available resources to support new initiatives including financial, human, and space. Oversees Academic Affairs discretionary accounts with a high degree of accuracy. Provides complex analyses of allocations and expenditures, account reconciliation, monitoring budget to actuals, financial reporting, and variance reporting.
