Bilingual Plaintiff Pi Pre-Suit Paralegal

The Rosen Injury Law team is growing again! We are looking for a self motivated full-time pre-suit paralegal for our plaintiff's personal injury law firm with experience in pre-suit personal injury case management. Responsibilities Request crash reports, 911 calls, CAD reports, and other investigative materials Handle communication with clients Request medical records File claims with insurance carriers Obtain insurance policy information Assist with client property damage Client intake Locate and develop case relevant information Create and file legal documents and correspondence Monitor deadlines and calendars Skills Proven working experience as a pre-suit paralegal Case Management software experience, Filevine a plus Familiarity with law, legal procedures and protocols, and court system Satisfactory knowledge of day-to-day operations of a legal office Computer literacy including word, excel and powerpoint Working knowledge of case management software (knowledge and experience with Filevine a plus) Excellent organization skills Ability to work under pressure Languages English and Spanish Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Experience Plaintiff Personal Injury Paralegal or Case Manager: 1 year (Required) Language Spanish and English (Preferred) Ability to Commute Davie, FL 33328 (Required) Work Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Rosen Injury Law
