We believe Auto-Chlor's greatest asset is our dedicated, hard-working team members who have created and maintained our reputation for quality products, reliable service, and honest professionalism.Key Responsibilities:Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with an established route of customer accounts.Perform mechanical maintenance on equipment and machinery at customer locations.Upsell and cross-sell additional products and services to customers.Ensure company trucks are stocked with necessary equipment.Prepare invoices, collect payments, and settle customer accounts.Qualifications:Customer service experience.Strong mechanical aptitude.Excellent communication skills.Impeccable work ethic.Goal-oriented mindset with a desire to grow and succeed.Ability to obtain a CDL license with Hazmat endorsement after 90 days of hire and follow DOT regulations.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Availability for rotating on-call and emergency service schedules.Preferred Qualifications:Sales or account management experience.Experience with route driving.Prior experience performing mechanical work.What We Offer Our Team:Competitive pay with a comprehensive benefits package.Supportive and welcoming work environment with an established, growing company.Professional development and growth opportunities – we love to promote from within!This position is fully in-person and intended for candidates who currently reside in or are relocating to the Lauderdale Lakes, FL area.
