Work Environment\n

This position operates within a remote setting that promotes a healthy work-life balance, essential for both employee well-being and client care outcomes. You will have the flexibility to choose between a 4x10 or 5x8 work schedule, with operational hours from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy or counseling services to clients, fostering a safe space for emotional expression and healing.

• Conduct thorough client interviews to gather and assess social, personal, environmental, and health-related information, establishing a comprehensive understanding of each individual's situation.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that address specific behavioral health needs, utilizing evidence-based practices to ensure effective interventions.

• Facilitate cognitive behavioral therapy, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources, ensuring continuity of care for clients experiencing urgent psychological distress.

• Establish trusting relationships with clients, demonstrating acceptance and respect to empower them on their recovery journey.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on client feedback and progress.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, complying with established protocols to safeguard confidentiality.

• Manage an appropriate caseload while providing timely follow-up services, ensuring that all clients receive consistent and quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work primarily with individuals facing substance use challenges, mental health disorders, and co-occurring conditions. Our detox center serves a diverse clientele, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, addiction, and trauma. Understanding the unique backgrounds and challenges of each client is critical for effective treatment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Current and valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 4 years of relevant clinical experience in behavioral health settings, with a focus on addiction and mental health treatment.

• Prior experience in a detox or substance abuse treatment center is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time LCSW position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to USD 104,000, commensurate with experience.
