Job Title: Experienced Home Health Care Community Liaison (Door-to-Door) Location: Bergen County, NJ (Field-Based) Experience Level: 3+ Years Required About the Role Are you a high-energy communicator who thrives on building face-to-face relationships? We are looking for a seasoned Part Time Marketing Professional to join our home health care agency. This isn’t a desk job you will be the "boots on the ground" across Bergen County , connecting directly with families, seniors, and community leaders to share how our services can change lives. Key Responsibilities Strategic Outreach: Conduct door-to-door community marketing to identify and engage with potential clients and their families. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain trust within local senior medical facilities, housing, senior centers, community hubs and referral sources. Lead Generation: Effectively communicate our agency’s value proposition to convert inquiries into active home care assessments. Territory Management: Map out and execute a daily route across Bergen County municipalities (e.g., Paramus, Hackensack, Ridgewood, Teaneck). Requirements Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in field marketing, door-to-door sales, or healthcare community outreach. Local Expertise: Strong knowledge of the Bergen County geography and its diverse community landscape. Existing relationships: Strong existing relationships in the industry. Communication Mastery: Ability to simplify complex healthcare information into empathetic, persuasive conversations. Self-Starter Mentality: High level of autonomy and the physical stamina required for consistent field-based activity.
