Shipping Clerk

Full -Time; Temp to hire
Monday- Friday 6:45am-3:15pm
$19hr
We are an established manufacturer in the Pasadena area, and we are looking for a new experienced Shipping/Receiving clerk to join our team.
As the Shipping/Receiving clerk, you’ll be handling all incoming and outgoing shipments, tracking inventory, and organizing the stock room.
Essential Duties:
- Print and prepare necessary shipping documents & labels using UPS WorldShip, DHL Online, or FedEx Online
- Lifting, strapping, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping
- Responsible for all aspects of logging orders, routing, shipping, and tracking of outbound orders
- Track shipments and contact recipients as necessary
- Mark products with identifying information
- Ability to be crossed-trained in different departments
What We’re Looking for:
- At least one year of experience in shipping and receiving
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Computer literate (basic Microsoft Word, Excel skills, along with general shipping software)
- Basic math skills
- Seeking someone who is motivated with a positive personality
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
