Routing Supervisor

We're partnering with a well-established distribution organization seeking a Routing Supervisor to lead routing operations at one of its highest-performing distribution centers. What You’ll Do: Lead day-to-day routing operations for a fleet of 160 drivers Create, optimize, and adjust delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance Manage routing software and ensure routing data remains accurate and up to date Partner with Transportation, Warehouse, Sales, Customer Service, and Drivers to resolve operational challenges Analyze routing scenarios to improve service levels while reducing transportation costs Supervise one Router while remaining hands-on in daily routing activities What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of routing experience in distribution or high-volume delivery operations Experience overseeing fleets of 75+ vehicles and supporting 50+ drivers Strong analytical, budgeting, and process improvement skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where every day presents new challenges Previous leadership or supervisory experience is preferred Why Consider This Opportunity?
