Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform thorough clinical assessments using evidence-based practices to identify client needs and develop personalized treatment strategies.

• Engage clients in therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other relevant techniques tailored to individual requirements.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential clinical documentation, adhering strictly to HIPAA and other legal standards to protect client privacy.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health specialists, to ensure holistic care and integrated treatment plans.

• Participate in regular team consultations and peer assessments to foster continuous improvement in service quality and client care.

• Provide educational resources for patients and their families regarding mental health issues, available treatment modalities, and community support networks.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse client population, including individuals facing trauma-related difficulties, anxiety disorders, depression, and interpersonal relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
