7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Experience 12 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months. 22 months of Critical Care Float Pool experience. Travel experience is preferred. Experience with Epic is required. Requirements Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission). This role will require floating to multiple units Local & travel allowed. Candidates living Flu vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted. 6 months gap required between for Any Contract Type at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center and no current placement allowed at Program: Aya Program - Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Pre-employment modules may be required for this role. Additional Details References must cover at least 1 full year of relevant experience in specialty within the past 3 years. You must be able to complete labs within 48 hours of signing. Required Skills/Experience:- IV start- Telemetry- Ventilator management experience- Teaching hospital experience is required. Required Credentials:- Education must be from an ACEN or CCNE accredited program. Unit Details:- Adult patient population.- Transplant population includes kidney, liver, lung, and heart patients. Shift & Scheduling:- Every other weekend. Floating Requirements:- Float to Neuro ICU/NCCU, surgical ICUs/SICU, MICUs x2, cardiology/diagnostics, and CVICU based on staffing and patient acuity.- May float throughout the OSU organization if there is no need in Critical Care.- Floating is within units of equivalent or lower acuity. 14 days maximum time off.
